Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team prior to sending your item back. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that final sale items, personalized products, and select hygiene-related items are non-returnable.
